Your new company: You will be joining a global business, initially on a long-term temporary basis, as a key member of a skilled financial team.

Your new role: As a Financial Collections Coordinator, you will take responsibility for your own ledger of key accounts, working closely with the credit control team to ensure timely and accurate billing and cash collection.

  • Collate and verify the information required to produce accurate customer invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure high levels of billing accuracy are achieved, meeting or exceeding targets and service level agreements.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and management, as well as external customers and suppliers.
  • Chase due payments through effective communication, negotiation, and resolution of invoice-related queries and issues.
  • Issue credit notes as required, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing bad debt.
  • Provide regular reporting on aged debt, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed: You must have experience in raising customer invoices and a strong understanding of credit control principles. Experience in financial collections or a related field is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer software are essential.
