  6. Strategic Financial Planning: Work closely with the leadership team to define short and long-term financial strategies and create concrete proposals to optimize operating expenses and business performance.
  7. Reporting Improvement: Drive improvements in UK reporting, developing consistency and accuracy in data to reconcile different sources of information.
  8. Ad-hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc decision-making support for the leadership team.

Requirements:

  1. FP&A Experience: Proven experience in an FP&A/Financial Control role.
  2. Complex Organization Experience: Experience of operating within a complex organization with evidence of communicating with various people at different levels.
  3. Multinational Experience: Multinational company experience in a fast-paced service environment.
  4. Analytical Ability: Proven analytical ability in identifying and delivering on areas for improvement to finance and operational processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Accounting Qualification: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or any other international accounting equivalent).
