We seek a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to support our vision of Creating the Future of Media out of home.

About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our Direct Sales business. You will lead a team of 8 Sales Consultants, selling to a diverse range of medium to large regional clients with complex needs. Key responsibilities include:

Team Leadership:

  1. Lead and coach your team to meet and exceed targets.
  2. Proactively manage team performance and provide hands-on support.
  3. Identify and develop new sales leads with support from Clear Channel marketing teams.
  4. Ensure high-quality pitches and exceptional product knowledge.
  5. Build strong relationships across departments to share best practices and insights.

Sales Performance:

  1. Maintain detailed regional sales and business plans.
  2. Provide accurate forecasts and achieve KPIs.
  3. Equip team members with tools for presenting compelling business arguments to clients.

Customer Engagement:

  1. Tailor pitches and proposals to meet client objectives.
  2. Demonstrate Clear Channel's relevance and effectiveness as an advertising option.
  3. Maintain detailed activity and account records through Salesforce.

  1. A proven track record in field sales and new business, preferably with a regional focus.
  2. A history of creating and growing new markets, as well as developing an existing customer base.
  3. An inspirational leader able to motivate and coach teams to high performance.
  4. A strong, empathetic communicator and presenter.
  5. Resilient, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced marketplace.
  6. A proven creative thinker, able to develop solutions to complex problems.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM tools.
  8. A confident user of social media to gain regional market intelligence.
