Job Title: Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the independent retail channel.

About the Role:
  • Represent a leading brand interior product manufacturer, bringing a stunning on-trend range to the market.
  • Work closely with customers to strategically develop an existing account base, create marketing plans, and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with different departments to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
About the Company:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of interior construction products with a strong presence in Europe. They have a workforce of over 800 people and a turnover in excess of £450m. The company is known for its excellent training, career development support, and open collaborative culture.

Requirements:
  • Experience selling interior decorative products into distributors or construction-related products into distributors or retailers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
What We Offer:
  • Up to £50,000 basic salary.
  • 15% OTE / Bonus.
  • Hybrid car or generous £10K car allowance.
  • 25 days holiday plus stats.
