This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our friendly office, handling a portfolio of properties in South Devon's coastline and countryside. As a key member of our team, you will generate new business, manage transactions, and provide exceptional customer service.
We are looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record in estate agency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be IT-literate and able to adapt quickly to new systems. A full UK driving licence and your own car are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and progress transactions
- Manage vendors and purchasers
- Generate new business and contribute to office success
- Work on a rota basis, including Saturdays

- Estate Agency experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Drivers Licence (required)
