Exciting Opportunity in Estate Agency

We are seeking a skilled estate agent to join our Totnes team at Stags, a leading regional estate agency. As an important part of our office, you will be involved in all aspects of estate agency through negotiation and progression of transactions, managing vendors and purchasers, and generating new business.

Earn up to £30,000 per year, including commission pay, mileage, and free parking. Enjoy company events, annual Christmas party, and opportunities to learn and grow in the industry.

About the Role:

  • Negotiate and progress transactions to manage both vendors and purchasers
  • Generate new business and contribute to office success
  • Some Saturday working on a rota basis

Requirements:

  • Experience in estate agency with a proven track record (preferred)
  • Organised and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
  • Strong IT skills and ability to adapt quickly to new systems
  • Polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills
