Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and progress transactions from start to finish
- Manage relationships with vendors and purchasers to ensure smooth sales processes
- Generate new business opportunities to drive office growth and success
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in estate agency (preferred)
- Proven track record of successful sales and customer service
- Self-motivated and organised individual with a can-do attitude
- IT-literate and able to adapt quickly to new systems
- Polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills
