Internet Sales Professional

About the Job:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our internet sales division as an Internet Sales Professional. You will have the chance to work with a range of luxury vehicles, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking online leads and providing high-level customer service to build rapport and secure sales
- Preparing specifications and explaining finance quotes to customers using Listers rates and terms
- Staying up-to-date on stock availability and offering alternative options when needed
- Providing regular updates to customers and maintaining accurate records
- Seeking new business through prospecting calls and building relationships with existing customers
- Supporting colleagues and management in day-to-day operations
- Maintaining positive relationships with preferred partners and identifying opportunities for new partnerships
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with sales experience, ideally in a dealership or online internet sales environment. You should be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement in both sales and customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to establish rapport quickly and provide professional, enthusiastic, and friendly service.
