Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leadership Manager to lead our team in the Northern UK territory. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the veterinary channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the veterinary channel.
  • Lead and manage a team of Territory Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
  • Represent Hill's Pet Nutrition as a strategic partner to customers and stakeholders in the veterinary channel.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in business or commercial field.
  • At least 3 years experience in customer development/sales.
  • Experience in field sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of successful commercial skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Used to work under pressure and strong focus on achieving agreed targets.
