We are seeking an experienced exhibition sales professional to drive sales within the Food Drink and Hospitality division at Montgomery Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of exhibition experience and at least 2 years of line management experience, with a proven track record of developing team members and driving sales results.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for meeting personal sales targets for exhibition space and sponsorship with both existing and new customers/partners via phone and face-to-face interactions. The successful candidate will also have line management responsibilities, leading and supporting part of the IFE team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales within the Food Drink and Hospitality division
  • Meet personal sales targets for exhibition space and sponsorship
  • Lead and support part of the IFE team
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of exhibition experience
  • At least 2 years of line management experience
  • Proven ability to mentor and inspire a team to reach shared goals
