Exhibition Professional

The Wallace Collection is seeking an experienced Exhibition Professional to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for assisting with the logistics of key events such as exhibition openings, supporting and assisting clients in running their events effectively, and ensuring that all events are effectively managed and delivered with minimum impact to the Wallace Collection.
You will also assist with the production of marketing materials or copy as required, ensure all event enquiries are recorded in the Wallace Collection CRM, and log confirmed events on museum-wide and departmental calendars. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working in historic or cultural settings, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
A salary of £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with the potential to earn up to £3,500 in overtime subject to operational requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class museum and contribute to the delivery of exceptional events experiences.
