We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Rider Sentiment Strategist. This role will be based in London, UK, with opportunities to work with local teams across 10 countries.

Job Description

This is a key leadership position within our global Delivery Operations organisation, responsible for tracking and analysing rider sentiment across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with local teams and share insights with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on global rider sentiment tracking and reporting
  • Support local engagement teams in best practice and shared learnings between markets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Ability to weigh up multiple factors in decision-making, including reputational, operational, and financial impact
  • Experience in partnership development, negotiation, and relationship management, with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to analyse data, gather, and interpret rider insights, sharing findings to influence business decisions
What You'll Get
