About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Support Manager to lead our ERP Functional team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the effective management of our Enterprise Resource Planning system using the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of ERP Functional specialists
  • Manage the maintenance and development of the finance and operations modules within the Dynamics 365 application set
  • Ensure the implementation of appropriate controls and reporting requirements to support business needs
  • Develop and implement an ERP functional improvement strategy aligned with the company's ERP strategy
  • Collaborate with business process owners and SMEs to facilitate close working relationships
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ERP Functional Support Manager who can lead our team and drive business outcomes. You will have a strong background in ERP systems, IT change management, and team leadership.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in business process improvement and IT change management
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules and system management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage support partners and vendors
  • Experience working in organizations undergoing significant transformation
