Lettings Property Manager

Nexus ERP is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our team in Bolton. As a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand, we have built a strong reputation in the area and are looking for someone with a strong background in Lettings Property Management to help us continue to deliver exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient management of all aspects of the lettings process.
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve property maintenance issues and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords, highlighting any necessary actions or improvements.
- Ensure all legal requirements are met, including renewal of rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements.
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues that may arise at the end of a tenancy.
- Coordinate with utility companies and local authorities to ensure seamless transitions at the start and end of tenancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any queries or concerns from landlords and tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven experience in Lettings Property Management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- IT literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
