Property Manager Opportunity

A leading independent lettings agent in Bolton is seeking a highly organized and diligent Property Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable and customer service-driven individual to work with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition.
  • Organize and conduct check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate records.
  • Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, and manage works orders and invoices.
  • Ensure property compliance with EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
  • Handle deposit disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage tenancy paperwork and support landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.

Requirements:

  • Previous lettings or property management experience is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT knowledge with experience using Microsoft Office packages.
