Lead and Develop Our Dynamics 365 ERP Team

AO is seeking a dedicated and experienced ERP Functional Support Manager to lead our team of experts in managing our Enterprise Resource Planning system, powered by the Dynamics 365 platform.

As the leader of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our ERP processes, ensuring seamless integration with business needs, and driving continuous improvement across all modules.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of six talented individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and implement an innovative ERP functional improvement strategy, identifying areas for optimization and enhancing system efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across all departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on ERP functionalities and business requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, leveraging your expertise to address user needs and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between the ERP system and other critical business processes, including HR, Finance, and Logistics.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies within the ERP landscape.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing IT teams within a dynamic business environment.
  • A strong track record of success in implementing and optimizing ERP systems, particularly within the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and change management principles.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented approach, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer service.
