Job Title: IT Support Professional

The role of an IT Support Professional involves providing technical assistance to clients with various computer-related issues. As an Apprentice IT Technician, you will work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Our company, Getting In Limited, is committed to delivering exceptional IT support services to our clients.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.

As an Apprentice IT Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues at client offices. This may involve diagnosing problems with hardware or software, installing new equipment, or training clients on how to use specific applications. You will also provide support for client-specific applications such as Sage Act and QuickBooks. In addition, you will assist with software helpdesk tasks and collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex IT issues.
