The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, including managing staff, developing programs, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This will involve:

  • Leading a team of professionals to provide expert housing support services
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve service outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Significant experience in leadership roles, preferably in the social services sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
