Job Title: Learning Support Professional

Location: Edgware, London

Estimated Salary: £26,400 - £31,800 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Learning Support Professional to join our team at a specialist post-16 school in London. The successful candidate will have experience working with students or young adults with special educational needs (SEN) and be passionate about supporting their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to support students with SEN
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students to help them manage their emotions and behaviors

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience working with students with SEN
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve shared goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of students
  • DBS clearance (or ability to apply)
