Are you an aspiring Early Years Teacher looking to gain class-based experience before pursuing a PGCE or EYITT? Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of an EYFS Learning Support Assistant in our Nursery and Reception departments. As a valuable member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and support their learning journey.

Job Description:

This position requires a minimum 2:1 degree from a top UK university and a strong commitment to teaching. You will be responsible for supporting teachers in the classroom, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing one-to-one assistance to students. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to teaching and early years education
