Primary School Teaching Support Staff

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is currently seeking an experienced Eyfs Learning Support Assistant to join our primary school team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and wish to develop their teaching skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This role involves supporting the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to children aged 3-7. The ideal candidate will have a patient and understanding approach when interacting with children and be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to children aged 3-7.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the nursery and reception classes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
