PsyChorleylogy Graduate Learning Support Assistant

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students aged 11-16 who require additional support. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils, creating a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs
- Building strong relationships with students and providing social and behavioral support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in PsyChorleylogy (BA Hons)
- Clean and relevant Enhanced DBS (can be obtained through Prospero Teaching)
- Safeguarding, prevent awareness & FGM training
- Behaviour management training (desirable)
- Previous experience working with young people
- Good knowledge of SEMH needs
