**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate PsyChorleylogy graduate to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Chorley.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with SEMH needs in an alternative provision, developing their skills and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEMH needs
  • Providing individualised support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in PsyChorleylogy (BA Hons)
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (clean and relevant)
  • Safeguarding, prevent awareness & FGM training
  • Behaviour management training (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
