Role: Senior Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Hologic, Inc.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.
You will be a natural communicator, able to build meaningful relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to identify and develop key accounts for long-term sales growth.
- Coaching and developing team members to achieve strategic plans and annual sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, business, or marketing discipline.
- Proven track record of driving and achieving strong business results in a complex environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
