The Role

We are seeking a technically-minded individual to join our team as a Partner Implementation Consultant. As a key member of our delivery team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver market-leading solutions for our existing and future strategic partners.

Your primary focus will be on reducing project delivery times, overseeing the implementation of new and existing partner deliveries, and providing best practice delivery advice to our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reduce project delivery times by supporting partners and internal teams with all aspects of their deliverables
  • Oversee the implementation of new and existing partner deliveries, working directly with internal and external project managers and software engineers
  • Provide best practice delivery advice to our partners
  • Present collateral, detailing integration options, and articulating different technical integrations and merchant journeys to potential, new, and existing partners
  • Work with partners to solve technical challenges in current processes, answering technical questions raised by partners
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and aligned on required timelines for each delivery
  • Support YouLend teams when scoping or encouraging further implementation work
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing technologies and processes, designing and implementing improvements
Requirements
  • Experience working in a partner or client-facing role
  • Proven experience successfully delivering software and/or SaaS integrations or launching new products and features that improve customer outcomes
  • Strong technical understanding and experience working with software engineers
  • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Low ego, team player mentality, and strong bias to action
  • Creative and empathetic approach to collaborating cross-functionally and solving partner problems
