The Role

We're seeking a technically-minded Partner Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver market-leading solutions for our existing and future strategic partners. Your expertise will ensure seamless partner deliveries, while enhancing merchant experience and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reduce project delivery times by supporting partners and internal teams with all aspects of their deliverables
  • Oversee the implementation of new and existing partner deliveries, including API integrations and off-the-shelf solutions
  • Provide best practice delivery advice for our partners
  • Present collateral, detailing integration options, and articulating technical integrations and merchant journeys to potential, new, and existing partners
  • Work with partners to solve technical challenges in current processes, including answering technical questions raised by partners
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and aligned on required timelines
  • Support YouLend teams when scoping or encouraging further implementation work
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing technologies and processes, and design and implement improvements
Requirements
  • Experience working in a partner or client-facing role
  • Proven experience successfully delivering software and/or SaaS integrations or launching new products and features that improve customer outcomes
  • Strong technical understanding and experience working with software engineers
  • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Low ego, team player mentality, and strong bias to action
  • Creative and empathetic approach to collaborating cross-functionally and solving partner problems
