The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional and social support to our residents, promoting their overall well-being and development. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and social workers to ensure that each young person receives personalized care and attention.

This rewarding role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding. You will be expected to engage with our residents in a proactive and positive manner, encouraging them to reach their full potential and develop meaningful relationships with others.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary of £27,431.04 rising to £28,326.48 per annum upon successful completion of the probation period. A qualified candidate can expect a salary of £28,959.84 per annum.

We provide a comprehensive induction and training program to help our staff members upskill and advance within the organization. Our commitment to staff development and career progression is reflected in our minimum average working hours of 168 hours per calendar month and an annual leave entitlement of 236 hours, including bank holidays.
