Childcare Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Support Professional to join our team at Islington Council's Early Years Centre.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children in an educational setting and possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
As a Childcare Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting in the provision of high-quality care and education to children from birth to five years old. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to maintain a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of all children.
You will also be required to assist in daily, weekly, and termly planning, observation, assessment, and recording of each child's progress. Your ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues, parents, and other agencies is essential.
