About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our care home in London Road, Harston, Cambridge. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing full-time residential care for children and young people aged 8 to 18 who have learning or physical disabilities and/or additional health or behavioural needs.

We offer a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and continuing professional development. You will have the opportunity to gain your Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare through a mandatory apprenticeship program. Our generous annual leave allowance and mileage reimbursement (45p per mile) make for a competitive compensation package. Additionally, you will be eligible for membership in the Local Government Pension Scheme and enjoy free on-site parking.
