About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team at Oldcastle Inc. as part of the CRH Infrastructure Products division. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience working in a finance role, preferably with knowledge of project management processes. Your excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with your customer service skills, will enable you to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will possess a current valid driving license, be able to travel occasionally, and operate remotely from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Raising sales ledger invoices, updating customer portals, and performing credit control tasks.
- Credit insurance balance monitoring and bank reconciliations.
- Reconciliation and maintenance of Accrued Revenue and Deferred Revenue ledgers.
- Cash flow forecasting (receipts) and assistance with Accounts Payable.
