Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pensions Administrator to join our team at Legal & General. As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pension schemes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain pension scheme data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Provide exceptional customer service to scheme members and intermediaries, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and settle pension claims, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in pension legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary changes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in pension administration, with a strong understanding of pension schemes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex pension legislation
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
