Job Title: Children's Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Team Leader to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our children and young people. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our children and young people
  • Plan and implement rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet the needs of our young people
  • Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in meetings and appointments
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and create a safe, family environment for our children
Requirements:
  • 21 years or older due to Ofsted regulations
  • Valid driving license
  • At least six months' experience in children's residential care
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification
