Your Role

As a dedicated Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data using a range of IT systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Maintenance Team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [£27,945.35] per annum salary (dependent on experience).
  • Experience in using IT systems, particularly CAFM, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Up-to-date first aid qualification (desirable).
