Hospitality Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Hospitality Support Specialist to join our team at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Simpson Townhouse Edinburgh.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:
  • Support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues alike.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
