We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Insurance Administrator to join our team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:- Slips and Policy Management: Process slips, proposal forms, and full policy schedules, wordings, and endorsements.
- Risk and Premium Management: Process risks and premium bordereau, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Claims Management: Process claims bordereau and claims collection in a timely fashion, and review and provide claims history, loss information, major claims analysis, and figures to other divisions, underwriters, and clients.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Back-up for compliance and regulatory issues, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical practices.
- Accounts and Finance: Deal with accounts procedures (credit control, cash allocations, accounts reconciliation, analysis of results), and liaise with Velonetic regarding payment of premium to market and bureau.
- Insurance Knowledge: Proven knowledge of insurance principles and practices with a particular focus on Lloyd's, London, and International insurance markets.
- Regulatory Compliance: Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements (CASS rules and legal principles governing insurance).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance funds processing and policy issuance, and proficiency in using insurance management software and other relevant technology.
- Language: Italian as a plus.
