Insurance Administrator Assistant

Job Summary

Capio Recruitment Insurance is seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator Assistant to join our dynamic team in London. As an Insurance Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance team, including answering client queries, filing client correspondence, and updating quotation forms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the insurance team, including answering client queries and filing client correspondence.
  • Update quotation forms and perform compliance checks.
  • Put together pre-renewal changes on forms received by clients and chase up renewal instructions and aged debt.
  • Read and send reports, file, and stay on top of emails.
  • Provide support for the team.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft filing systems.
  • At least one year experience in Insurance, ideally in Private Clients.
  • Administrator experience.
