What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR department at Relm Insurance. This dynamic market demands flexibility, creativity, critical thinking, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
  • Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of global recruitment experience within the insurance industry, specifically focused on hiring Underwriters, Insurance Operations Professionals, and C-Suite Insurance Executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with particular expertise in Workable and Paylocity being a valuable asset.
