Key Responsibilities- Drive a t vehicle and visit 18 stores per day, building strong relationships with customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with sales representatives to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Provide a reliable and consistent service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead daily stock and cash processes, including ordering, picking, and delivering stock to customers.
- Grow defined targets across your territory, driving sales growth and increasing market share.
- Collect and unload stock from cash & carry at the beginning and end of the day.
- Hunger and drive to succeed in a global FMCG company.
- Full, manual UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic IT skills and selling skills (desirable).
- Self-driven personality, experience of working to targets, and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Perseverance and resilience in pursuing goals, responsible and ethical behavior towards customers and others.
- Independent and proactive individual who can work with minimal supervision.
- Competitive salary of £24,300 + performance-based bonus scheme.
