The Debro Group Ltd. t/a ABL Recruitment is seeking a skilled Event Sales and Business Development Manager to join their fast-paced international events business.

Salary: £35,000 per annum (OTE: up to an additional £10k in year one) + benefits.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with established B2B and B2C clients, attending events and promoting event packages. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 months of sales and telesales experience, fluency in English, and the ability to travel internationally.

About the Role:

  • Working from a well-established list of existing customers, you will make outbound calls to introduce yourself and promote event packages.
  • Liaising with pricing and costs of attendance for sponsors and clients.
  • Chasing up previous attendees to check their interest in this year's event.
  • Sending out event information, price lists, customer lists, and other relevant details.
  • Meeting revenue sales targets.
  • Attending events domestically and internationally.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Previous sales and telesales experience (12-18 months).
