About the Role

Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the first major merger within the Higher Education sector in a number of years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Change Management Integration Plan: Develop and execute change management strategies to enhance employee engagement and adoption, ensuring a seamless transition for staff.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with workstream leads and project managers to incorporate change management into the broader Integration Plan, ensuring clear communication and support for merger goals.
  • Conduct Training and Development Sessions: Deliver training and development sessions to support staff during the transition, working with Organisational Development teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify risks and resistance, developing plans to mitigate concerns and ensure a successful merger.
  • Senior Leadership Support: Support and coach senior leaders and managers throughout the change process, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a successful transition.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualification: Relevant professional qualification, such as Prosci or APMG.
  • Change Management Experience: Demonstrable experience of change management in mergers and/or significant transformational change in large and complex organizations.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in all aspects of change projects – from diagnostics through to implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience of successfully engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £49,794 - £65,000 per annum.
  • Generous Benefits: 30 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + 3 University closure days (41 days per annum), plus generous pension contributions.
