We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. as a Change Manager on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a change consultancy service to senior managers, providing strategic business-focused advice on all aspects of change management, organizational design, and meeting current and future business objectives within the context of the overall Council-wide strategy.
  • Manage complex people behavioural change-related matters, such as those relating to structure changes, working behaviour, and procedures, including gaining any relevant verbal and/or written implications.
  • Maintain an overview of the issues and risks for the change programme and seek resolution through agreed actions.
  • Work as a change partner to support colleagues and management teams to focus on key business priorities and diagnose challenges, designing and implementing high-quality solutions as appropriate.
  • Manage change agent networks, listening to needs and seeing how best to address, producing and writing reports, encouraging and sharing own skills, keeping people informed, and managing FAQs and internal intranet email or other content.

Requirements:

  • MCIPS and/or procurement degree-level qualification and/or equivalent professional registration.
  • HR and/or project management qualification and/or accreditation from a relevant body.
  • Working as a professional in a large complex organization, understanding the needs of the business and providing strategic business-led advice.
  • Experience of engaging with key stakeholders in the planning and delivery of change.

  • This role requires a basic DBS.
