Advanced Specialist Pharmacist Women's

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled pharmacist to join the Women's and Children's Pharmacy Team at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide a specialist clinical pharmacy service to the paediatric critical respiratory team and have the opportunity to work across other areas of Women's and Children's Health.
Main Duties- Provide pharmaceutical care and medicines management services to paediatric CF and respiratory patients
- Ensure delivery of optimal pharmaceutical care to other areas across Women's and Children's Health services
- Assist with optimisation of Epic Electronic Healthcare Systems across paediatrics
- Deputise for the Principal Pharmacist Women's and Children's
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and other clinical meetings
- Participate in clinical audit, risk management and clinical guideline development
- Provide supervision, education and training to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals

Deputise for the Principal Pharmacist, Women and Children
Act as a specialist role model and an expert in the medical management within paediatric cystic fibrosis/ respiratory
Lead and manage clinical pharmacy services in Women and Children in conjunction with the Principal Pharmacist.
Participate regularly in outpatient clinics to deliver and promote high quality, cost-effective and patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
Ensure a high level of clinical pharmacy input to the care of patients within Women and Children.
