Sales and Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering budgeted sales, understanding the importance of Host Store and other concession relationships, and effectively scheduling and overseeing the planning of staff to ensure maximum floor coverage at all times in line with core hours.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver budgeted sales and meet sales targets
* Understand and implement Host Store and other concession relationships
* Schedule and oversee the planning of staff to ensure maximum floor coverage
* Consistently meet high standards of staff presentation and ensure guidelines are adhered to
* Monitor test shop results, CRM, and create service action plans
* Develop a client-focused mindset to ensure the highest level of client experience
* Recruit new team members in conjunction with the General Manager
* Adhere to company policies and procedures and communicate effectively with employees

**Requirements**

* Proven ability to drive performance through people
* Excellent at building internal and external relationships
* Background with a fashion-forward footwear, accessory, or fashion brand - luxury experience preferred
* Representative of our luxury/fashion-forward brand in every way
