Our Client Services team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and events. As a Senior Manager, you will provide comprehensive client management, support, and direction to existing and new clients within our Client Services team.

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational activity, event delivery, and client relationship management across one of our largest sporting clients and their European event calendar. You will also provide experienced consultancy and support for additional events worldwide, ensuring consistency of service levels across this key account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships and provide strategic advice to drive revenue growth and contract renewal.
  • Develop and implement successful event delivery strategies, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Wasserman Live Studio, Production, and Logistics, to schedule capacity and ensure detailed event planning.
  • Communicate and manage program deadlines with clients, ensuring key dates are met and client expectations are continuously managed.
  • Provide line management and direction to team members, ensuring all client and Wasserman Live requirements are met to the highest standards.
  • Ensure Wasserman Live and client Health and Safety processes are adhered to, promoting best practice across all events.
  • Monitor and control key account financials, including event and contract pricing, client budgets, and approvals.
  • Proactively drive Wasserman Live's sustainability policy with clients, finding innovative ways to align our goals with those of our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, event planning, and delivery, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent relationship management and diplomacy skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence decision-making.
  • Strong commercial development and communication skills, with the ability to build and write compelling presentations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and delegating where required, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to setup and structure project systems and procedures correctly.
  • Ability to think on your feet, evaluate risks, and take decisions to resolve issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Confident taking the financial lead on projects and client accounts, managing budgets and cost control.
  • Promote collaboration and cooperation across our business, comfortable working with and managing groups of cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, strategic, and creatively inquisitive, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
