Job Title: Senior Manager Client Support Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive client management, support, and direction to both existing and new clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate all operational activity, event delivery, and client relationship management across one of our biggest sporting clients and their European event calendar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide experienced consultancy and support for additional events worldwide to facilitate consistency of service levels across key accounts.
  • Creation of project and event programs, developing successful delivery strategies based on event dates and scope.
  • Management of on-site resources/teams, ensuring all client and Wasserman Live requirements are met to the highest standards.
  • Line management and direction to team members assisting in the delivery of projects.
  • Senior oversight and day-to-day financial control of key accounts, including event and contract pricing, client budgets, and approvals.
  • Proactive drive of Wasserman Live's sustainability policy with clients, finding innovative ways to align our goals with that of our clients.
Requirements
  • Strong project management experience across event planning and delivery, to challenging timeframes.
  • Collaborative and clear approach to commercial development and communication.
  • Exceptional relationship management and diplomacy skills, including negotiating with and influencing decision making.
  • Highly effective in building and writing presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring project systems and procedures are setup and structured correctly.
  • Ability to think on your feet, evaluate risks, and take decisions to resolve issues.
