About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Staffing Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our logistics and staffing activities, ensuring the seamless delivery of Staffing solutions for our Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate job postings on our bespoke App, induct new candidates, and maintain communication with those candidates.
  • Operational Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth delivery of our services.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update operational records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams in our Business Development and HR departments to coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of projects and activities.
  • Customer Service: Handle queries and provide support to our candidates or clients, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and organizing documentation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a staffing or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
