About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Programme to join our team at the Learning and Work Institute. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for designing and leading impactful programmes that address key issues in employment and labour markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead complex programmes of campaigns, research, and development work
  • Build and maintain relationships with government, delivery organisations, partners, and funders
  • Manage a high-performing team of researchers and contribute to their personal and professional development
  • Present at external events and stay informed on relevant policy and research developments
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering high-profile programmes of campaigns, research, or development work
  • Strong relationships with government, delivery organisations, partners, and funders
  • Experience in developing and leading a high-performing team
  • Understanding of current policy and practice in relation to employment and labour markets
  • Quantitative and/or qualitative research skills
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
