We are looking for an experienced Assistant Care Manager to join our team at ExtraCare Charitable Trust. As an Assistant Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Care Assistants and ensuring that correct procedures are followed.

You will also develop, implement and maintain individual care and support plans, providing residents and relatives with an effective communication network. You will ensure that residents are encouraged to reach their optimum level of independence and manage administrative systems effectively.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification. They will also have experience in managing a team within a similar environment and exceptional communication skills.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £15.07 per hour (£29,466 pa, pro rata of FTE) plus an excellent benefits package which includes:
