We are a team of experienced care professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Estimated Salary: £16.00-£22.00 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Domiciliary Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

  • You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • You will provide a range of care and support services, including personal care, medication management, and household duties, all while maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet clients' needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' professional care experience in any care setting, such as live-in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, support worker, or healthcare assistant.
  • You must be flexible to travel to client placements, with UK travel expenses covered.
