About the Role

Housing and Support Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Home Assessment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with families to assess their needs and develop personalized plans to support them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct thorough assessments of families' needs and develop tailored plans to address these needs.
  • To work closely with families to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve their goals.
  • To provide ongoing support and guidance to families throughout the assessment process.
  • To collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting families.
  • To maintain accurate records of assessments and progress made by families.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in assessment and support work or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
